How it works...
Psychotherapy involves a therapist and client working together to best serve the mental health and wellbeing needs of the client. Sessions involve talking, not talking, writing, drawing, mindfulness and looking/observing. Clients are guided by the therapist to address their reasons or concerns that have lead them to therapy and together they work on exploring these in order to offer solutions.
