Can I do sessions online?

Yes, session can take place online.

Can I do fortnightly sessions?

​Yes, session can be weekly or fortnightly as you need them.

What happens in an art therapy session?

​Sessions often include opportunities to use various art materials as a tool to gain clarity, focus, or investigate what is on your mind. Everything is optional, the therapist may offer alternatives, questions, or observations while art making to support you along the way.

Do I need to be arty?

​No prior skills or experience are required. The therapist will support you throughout the session to see what ways art materials can be useful for you.

Can my support worker attend?

​Yes your support worker can attend.

Parents: Can I attend with my child?

Yes, I provide opportunities for parents to be part of the session as well as solo child/parent sessions. 

Do you take health insurance?

​​Yes, sessions can be claimed under NDIS and Bupa can provide some reimbursement as well.

How much are sessions?

Sessions are available on a sliding scale based on financial need. Get in touch to see what circumstances may apply.
