What would Yoko do?

When I'm feeling despairing about the state of our world and the deep enduring challenges we are facing I think to myself what would Yoko Ono do?

The power of Yoko Ono is her capacity to distil the essence of human emotional life poetically and with optimism. Last term in the Studio Art Group we profiled Yoko Ono, her creative arts practice and its impact on her audience. Each week in the studio (a psychosocial group for adults) we look at an artist and explore how their practice can shed light on our own or deepen our point of view.

If you need a lift check out this video by the Louisiana Channel 'A thing called life'.
